He spent a few decades serving in various capacities, in highly reputed corporate houses before finally quitting his job as Sr.Vice President in Birla group in March 2000, to devote his full time and energy in developing Reiki Kendra, established by him in 1998. During his corporate stint he also had handled HR function. This gives him insight in to the problems faced by executives in corporate world and helps him to communicate more freely in depth, with the participants

Besides Reiki, he has intensive experience in other healing arts also, such as Yoga, Five Tibetan Rites, Art of Living, Past Life Regression, Nadi Prana Release, Pranik Healing, Fire Walking etc.

He gives a lot of importance to daily meditation practice and in the Reiki workshops, exposes participants to meditation techniques developed by him. Participants are amazed with the depth in meditiation experienced in a 2-day Reiki workshop.
